John (our assembler) was great! He not only assembled all my furnitures perfectly, he was professional, friendly AND he neatly folded all the IKEA cartons and plastic wraps! I am impressed. I will continue to seek your services whenever possible and will also highly recommend you to my friends. :) Only one suggestion for improvement - invoice. I did not receive an invoice for the services I paid for.

After checking couple places to get nice simple kitchen to my new condo I found very reasonable price and service at Ikea. I'm not so handy and I had Ikea Furniture Assembly to put all parts together. Great price, nice friendly service.

After contacting Ivan with our IKEA shopping list and layout, he replied the same day with a quote and dates. John, our installer, came on time and assembled an entire children's bedroom in a few short hours - even after we added a few items! He broke down all the boxes, collected the garbage, and vacuumed the debris. The room looks incredible and saved us days of work. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks you, IKEAMan!

John from IKEA Man did a great job assembling the IKEA furniture for my son's bedroom. John was efficient and professional. He packed up the cardboard boxes in neat smaller bundles so it would be easier to take them down to the garage, then later on for us to take them outside on garbage day. Very caring. I ordered Ikea furniture assembly service. The price was reasonable. The scheduling of a time as very easy and the staff that did the assembly was amazing. He was friendly, completed his work quickly, what accommodating to our requests and cleaned up very well when he was done. All boxes where folded and taped together and all other garbage was put in garbage bags.

I was very happy with their work and would certainly work with them again and refer them to friends.

I'm very satisfied with the service provided by Ikeaman. On time and efficient service. John was really a skillful and professional. He hardly took a break during 7+ hours. Ivan has managed this nicely.

John was professional and efficient. John assembly all units in quoted time frame, cleaned up, and took the garbage away. It was an art just by looking at how John went through all the procedures with precision and care. Ivan's quote was accurate and very reasonable. Highly recommended.

I completely agree with the comments below. Ivan was professional and the person who came did the assembly in record time and neatly broke, folded and stacked all the boxes. Moreover, I was emailed to be advised that the assembler was running 20 mins late. Overall a great experience and defnitely glad I got the service. Thanks! Tanya

We wanted/needed to ensure our Ikea wardrobes were set up by the end of the weekend and another assembly service (that we had previously booked) proved to be unreliable. We found Ikeaman after a little Google searching and Ivan responded to our email on Saturday evening right away. John arrived at our house promptly on Sunday morning and we were contacted in advance by Ivan to let us know that John would be running about 10-15 mins late (something I've never seen a service person do before!).

John was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job putting everything together (you can probably see from the pictures that our wardrobes were fairly complex). He went the extra mile to ensure that the items were set up as we wanted and did a great job breaking down the boxes and cleaning up afterwards.

We would highly recommend Ikeaman and will be recommending them to our families and friends.

According to John, my assembler, his boss Ivan is a stickler for customer service. Let's hear it for Ivan and all the other home star managers who share this philosophy. Email correspondence with Ivan was fast and the assembly was booked for the Monday after the Saturday delivery. Ivan even called me to say the assembler would be ten minutes late (I hadn't even started to worry yet!). John was pleasant, polite and efficient and in less than two hours he put this very complicated daybed together, bagged the garbage, cut up and taped the cardboard for recycling and even vacuumed the bedroom! An extremely pleasant experience from beginning to end. I will definitely look at more Ikea furniture in future, knowing that I don't have to worry about my own ability to put it together. IKEA-man to the rescue!!!!
