I waited for a year to write this review as I wanted to ensure I had no issues from the waterproofing. Andrew was a really nice guy to deal with right fro the start. I am a very detailed client and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. He is knowledgeable and was able to solve water issues we were having in the basement. After the work was done there was one part where we still had water issues. Andrew could have ignored our call, but he did the honorable thing by promptly coming and fixing the issue. Since then I have had no issues. I am a customer for life and will surely recommend this honest and reliable company to everyone!

I completely agree with the comments below. Ivan was professional and the person who came did the assembly in record time and neatly broke, folded and stacked all the boxes. Moreover, I was emailed to be advised that the assembler was running 20 mins late. Overall a great experience and defnitely glad I got the service. Thanks! Tanya

This is a bit of a different review, but hopefully it conveys the excellent customer service that I received. My contractor forgot to tell me the voltage in our dryer closet and I ordered the wrong dryer from Faulkners. I only found out after the dryer was delivered (which arrived exactly on time as promised). When I tried to return the dryer, Gord's service was A+. He made returning the dryer much easier than I have ever faced as a cutomer. Needless to say, if I ever need appliances again I would definitely call Faulkners because their response during a time of adversity was a great exercise in building trust. Thank you!
