I was able to successfully guess, with the help of Mr Google, that the lid switch on our Kenmore washing machine had failed. We had used Rick for a repair to the companion dryer last year so he was our go to guy. We were not sure if he was in COVID-19 lock-down but happily for us he was on another job and able to fit us in next. He alerted us as to his estimated arrival time and, with appropriate social distancing, was able to quickly replace the switch and make the washer load ready for my wife to pick up where she left off. BTW Rick, the lemon in hot water cure has been roundly debunked!
