Rick did a great job on our home inspection and was very patient throughout the home in his detail and explanation. He was quite thorough about the entire home, and was very willing to guide us through everything we needed in our first home.

Mr Rick is very detail oriented and good at explaining the things he inspects. We had him last week to inspect our new home and when we reached there he was already there almost done with his external inspections. He took a lot of photos of everything he inspected and explained to us in detail. He also explained the things which will cost us in the near future. We got the report on the same day with all the photos and explanations. He is very talented and professional. It was pleasure and easy working with him and I recommend him to everyone.

We hired Rick after reading many great reviews online. He definitely lived up to expectations, and was very knowledgable. With out previous house hunt in Toronto, we went through 6 separate home inspections, most with Carson Dunlop, who literally wrote the book on home inspection, and is one of the leading trainers of home inspectors. Rick held up to those inspectors, all of whom are required to be engineers. Can't think of higher praise than that.

My husband and I had a home inspection done today by Rick. I booked the appointment for 9 a.m today and when my husband and I arrived on site 20 minutes early Rick was already there and had almost completed the exterior part of the home inspection. He quickly caught us up on what he inspected and all things that he noted. During the entire inspection Rick was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He always presented himself in an exceptionally friendly and professional manner. He would make sure that we didn't have any questions regarding anything he was doing; and if we did happen to have a question he always provided us with a very informative answer. Rick is up to date with technology ranging from his thermal imager right down to payment options. The report from today’s home inspection was emailed to me within a matter of a couple hours which included pictures, findings, risk factors, as well as solutions. This home is my husbands and mine first home and Rick has made us 100% confident in our investment. Rick has without a doubt gone above and beyond our expectations and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector.
