My husband and I hired Rick Clayton to do a couple of home inspections for us recently and we only have good things to say about his services! He is very thorough and was a pleasure to work with. His reports are very detailed, outlining any issues he may have found with the property and also providing examples of solutions to any problems he may have discovered. The reports were always delivered the same day of the inspection, even when the inspection was done earlier that evening. He was also very good about explaining exactly what he was checking for throughout the on-site inspection and answering any questions or concerns we had about the property. It was a pleasure to have worked with Rick and I would not hesitate to use his services again or recommend him to any friends or family who may require his services as well.
