So my realtor recomended rick from real home inspections and he was fantastic. Very thorough meticulous in his work and explained what problems were there..even stuff that might be problems later...all in all he explained everything in laymens terms and inspected stuff i wouldnt have even thought to look for! 10/10 recommendation :)

We are very impressed with Rick's knowledge and expertese during our home inspection and advance mold testing. He was very professional, finding existing problems, educating us on how to deal/fix found issues. We are very happy that we found his company. We already recommended his business to our family in Burlington that will use his services. We also hired a "professional" electrician but after dealing with Rick there is just no point in getting anybody else to inspect something that Rick is more the qualify to inspect. He has all the tools, equipment and more importantly knowledge to get you a Real Home Inspection.
