No communication at all from this company for spring opening after multiple emails and phone calls. (This is June 12/21). I've had to buy a manual above ground sprinkler so as to avoid a decompression closing appointment in the fall. (What is opened must be properly shut down.) I've been a customer for many years but this year they seem too busy to service existing clients. Disappointing and perplexing, emails have been returned undeliverable.

Irrigation System Installation

Recently had an irrigation system installed by Running Irrigation. Very pleased with the outcome. Everything was as described during the consultation and the installation was completed on time and on budget. Owners Curtis and Craig were friendly and patient, answering all the questions we had. Highly recommended!

Irrigation System

Running irrigation installed a sprinkler system for us earlier this week and we could not be happier with their work. Their price was very competitive, but they were also extremely punctual with their quote, scheduling an installation, providing a contract...and even a receipt as soon as the work was completed. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Sprinkler Systems review in Ottawa

Running Irrigation did an excellent job on my new sprinkler system. Their price was very competitive and the service was highly professional. I appreciated how prompt they were in returning calls and answering questions, and their flexibility in rescheduling the installation to accommodate other landscaping work being done at the same time. They clearly know their business and care about doing the job right: for example, they made enhancements to the design after the initial quote on their own initiative and at no extra cost. I'm extremely satisfied with the work they did and would highly recommend them.

Running irrigation is a first rate sprinkler company. Their price was half of that of other Ottawa sprinkler companies. They fit us in within a week of the estimate and their knowledge of sprinkler applications makes them professional quality. I highly recommend this company for all the right reasons.
