We had Phillip quote on our move (from Oakville to Milton) based solely on the Homestars reviews we had read. We were not disappointed, in fact we were extremely pleased with the service from start to finish. When you work with "It's The Right Move" you feel like you are in a partnership....they know your name and understand the needs of your move..... each one is different. That experience continues on site. We were lucky enough to have Paul, Ben and John for the 2 day move. They are 100% customer focussed and were so careful with our boxes and furniture. They are also fun, friendly, respectful and hard working. Great experience and this team made sure that a potentially stressful time was much more manageable. Thank you.

Philip and his team were enjoyable to spend the day with. Yes we had to move, but we actually had fun doing it. Great care, and extra service to drop off junk on the way to the new residence. Time and cost were bang on!

Philip and his team helped us move large furniture items into our basement. We needed it done ASAP as we were getting new floors installed and Philip went out of his way to make sure it happened! Fantastic experience! Philip was quick at getting back to me about any questions, and I was so happy to know that I didn't have to worry about any unforeseen extra costs as an estimate was given and guaranteed. They were right on time the day of the move, and were both friendly and efficient (despite the awful -35 weather!). They were careful to protect our floors, walls, and furniture. I used It's The Right Move in 2014, moving from a condo in Mississauga to a house in Guelph, then I used them again in May 2015. I moved from a house in Guelph back to a condo in Mississauga. The move, again, went super well. They arrived at my location on time, in a nice uniform and very cheery ! In such a short amount of time, they assessed my boxes, packed them in the truck and were on the road. It was warm and they took no breaks. When we got to my final location, they put my boxes in convenient locations, set up my very complicated bed frame, and were done in no time. Their moving cost is competitive in the industry. It's a bit on the higher side, however for the efficient, stress-free, and friendly service I received from them, I would pay their moving cost with no issue. I will use their service again and again and I have already recommended them to friends and family for their future moves :)

We were moving from a house to a condo. Our real estate agent recommended "It's the right move." We were very happy with the courteous, efficient job that was done. The owner came to the house to give us an accurate estimate which coincided with the final bill. They arrived on time and completed in the allotted time given to us by the condo management. They even set up the bed for us but not before cleaning the floor under it. We could not have been happier.
