We've used Bigelow Construction before and have been pleased with the work. For the kitchen renovation, they provided a clear estimate, but also pointed out where the risk of a cost overrun might be (the condition of the sub-floor).
Bigelow Construction's crew arrived promptly, were totally respectful of our privacy, and took every measure to minimize disruption. We were promised a timeline of three weeks, but when suppliers caused delays, Sam notified us promptly, and the work was completed five days later than promised.
This is the third project Bigelow Construction has done for us. Our house is almost a century old, so it has its quirks. It also has its charms, and Bigelow Construction was very sensitive to the charm of an older house.
