Steve rebuilt my triple flue chimney and tuckpointed all around the house. Very good work. I've received compliments on the chimney from various contractors who have worked on the house.

I would highly recommend Steve and will be using him again in the near future.

I contacted Rockwell Masonry to repair cracks at the corners of the foundation (apparently this is a common problem) and to parge the side closest to the walkway. Steve arrived early on the day that he said he would and completed the job in a very timely manner. He is very pleasant to deal with and is very knowledgeable about his work. Steve did an excellent job on the corners of our foundation which had been neglected for many years and were really awful to look at. He also had initially quoted on repairing 3 cracks on the side of the foundation as well but repaired all of the cracks and kept to his original quote. We are very pleased with the professional job that was done by Steve and the care that was taken. The foundation corners and the parging look amazing. We would definitely recommend Rockwell Masonry for any brick or concrete work.

We have just had part of our house waterproofed, and at the same time we needed to have some brick repair done along with a vent installed in our cold storage room. We received a number of different quotes, but Steve was great at getting back to us, providing us with a quote, outlining what needed to be done, and even offering to complete the work on a Sunday to accommodate our schedule. Steve completed the work well above our expectations and was meticulous with the clean-up. He even completed some additional brick repair and tuck-pointing around our house at no additional cost. When I explained another issue I had discovered, Steve outlined why it was happening and cut a drip-line in the concrete to fix it right then and there. We would highly recommend Rockwell Masonry as were were very pleased with the work that he completed, and at a fair price. The brick mortar on the exterior our house needed some repair. We hired Steven, Rockwell Masonry. We are very happy with the quality of work. Steven was very polite, informative and responsive. As a young first time homeowner it has been a task to find contractors that are honest, reliable and trustworthy. I came to Home Stars to find a mason who could repair a hole in our foundation wall from a fireplace exhaust that we have removed during a basement reno. I came across Rockwell Masonry and was impressed with all the good reviews so I decided to contact Steven to set up a consultation. Steven arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He told us how he would repair the hole and the cost involved with same. We were able to have him come that weekend and again he arrived right on time. The repair to the wall was complete within an hour. We are totally impressed with Steven and his work ethic and would definitely recommend him to friends/family and will use him again with any future mason work we require. Steve is one of the best young entrepreneur I ever dealt with. He came to evaluate the job to be done on the scheduled day, and gave us a fair written quote. Then, he came with David to perform the work on the promised date. Both were extremely polite and they did the job as per our expectations. Steve also agreed to parge another section for us at a reasonable price. Minor touch ups were also done with a smile and without arguing. Our neighbourgs were so impressed by the workmanship, so they asked Steve to parge a small area. Steve agreed to that so he made 2 customers very happy. Steven and his assistant did a great job rebuilding our chimney. They were both friendly, polite and reliable. It was 40 degrees with the humidity and they worked non stop to get it finished. Would highly recommend this company.
