Worst customer service ever!!!! DO NOT USE!!! Quick contractors is a horrible service that Home Depot should do away with ASAP! I called to schedule appointment, then someone called back and said a mistake was made and needed to reschedule. Appointment was rescheduled, contractor never showed. They told Home Depot install that they called my house three times to try to contact me. Not true!!! Told contractor would call to reschedule, never did. Then customer service was a joke. No help at all, kept transferring me to different departments. Finally I got so frustrated that I returned the range hood and cancelled the service. I still don’t have the money back yet that I paid for the service. Save yourself the trouble and look to smaller more reputable businesses that do not use a third party company for install. Home Depot should be ashamed of the service that they are allowing to take place.

Install went well but service afterwards is horrible. The transition piece between installed tile and carpet keeps popping off. Have sent multiple emails (June 23) and still getting the run around. Home Depot is faulting the install company and they have not given a day or time for this trip issue to be fixed. Would not use again!

Home Depot has been continuously late in delivery of services

June 24 - sent incorrect information in contract.
New contract signed June 27.
July 10 - Emailed consultant no communication for shutter measurement.
July 20 - Received call from consultant and measurement took place.
Aug 18 - Received email from Home Depot stating the product would be received in 7-10 days (latest August 28) and I would be in contacted for installation within 48 hours (latest August 30).
Sept 2 - Still no communication

We ordered a garden shed with assembly and base installation from Home Depot and paid full price upfront. 5 weeks since the order date, and nothing has been installed.

What happens next is, Home Depot hires Quick Contractors and it looks like it is the worst company to deal with - unreliable, unprofessional, and, most importantly, they seem to be contracting whoever is available, irrespective of whether or not the sub-contractors can do the job.
We are considering to cancel the order from Home Depot. This has been extremely exhausting and dragging experience.
All Home Depot did was taking the money. However, Home Depot does not have any ability to manage Quick Contractors and ultimately deliver the job. Neither has ability to have an honest communication with customers.

Horrible service and results. We told that three people will be working on it. One showed up - and did the work in the same time as three were supposed to. Our heating bills are actually HIGHER this year, and the gutters are covered in icicles, which doesn't point to a job well done.

We would like to thank Eric and his team for the great job of installing our Trane furnace. When speaking to Eric, he was very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. Thank you again.

Never use their home service! They will take your money and never show up. Then they blame the third party company who believe it or not has worse customer service skills.
Home hardware is so much better and I will never use or recommend Home Depot.

Not at all impressed by the level of communication that this particular location has with the customer. First of all an error was made with our order process and the CSR offered us free delivery of the luxury vinyl plank flooring to our home to make up for the miscomunication. I saw him (his name is Arun) add this delivery request to the work order. Well, order arrives at the store instead. Store says they have no record of delivery request to our home. What?? I had to return to the store on three separate occasions to work out all the issues.

I had used HD installation service a few times during the last 3 years and I was satisfied with the price and service. As a result, when I needed to replaced the garage door opener, I opt for HD instead of the other contracts even though their price is very competitive.

I went to HD located at Terminal Ave. and bought the garage opener, the sales advised me to buy a 11/4 HP instead of 3/4 HP for the double garage door less that 7' tall. I was told later the 11/4 was over provided. The price for installation was $149 without delivery ($70) and removal of the old opener ($50). It was easy to book the installation service with the sales in the store and the installation team of HD called me back a couple days later to give me an appointment for the contractor. On the day of the appointment, the contractor showed up for 3 minutes, told my tenant that they could't install the opener because they need more rooms on both side of the garage and they would call me back to let me know what was needed to be done. I called them back immediately but they didn't pick up. I called the HD installation team on the following day and they said the contractor will call me back. I waited for a day, the contractor didn't call back. I call HD again and they said the same thing. I called 3 times during that week and no avail. Finally, on the following week, I called again and told them if they don't call back, I would need to cancel the service, HD finally called and told me that the contractor need to charge me $735 on top of the original $149 because they need to service the garage door and they sent me the revised invoice. I told them I would get quotes from other contractors to see if the extra service was necessary. I got a quote from another big company and they only charge me $230 for labor including delivery and removal. They installed the opener for me without any hiccup and no extra charge incurred.

I cancelled the service and return the garage opener to HD. I was greatly disappointed by this incident and hope my experience will help others to make a informed decision if they need installation service from HD.

I had my roof re-shingled, my kitchen cabinets refaced and a new countertop installed, and finally had my bathroom redone completely, all through HD. The local contractors contacted me within 48 hrs after I requested the services on the Home Depot site. They were all excellent and each did a beautiful job. They kept the job sites clean and were very responsive to my questions and requests.
