Craig and his crew did a wonderful job installing our A/C and Humidifier. Job was completed as promised and the price was agreed upon before hand and posted online. Craig's main goal was to provide a good quality product and installation.

Choosing Four Season Comfort Heating and Cooling is one of the best decisions we've ever made.
Craig was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and informative, answering all our questions and responding to our emails and calls very quickly. He also managed to get an emergency installation done on a Sunday morning as our old furnace died during a cold snap in November.
Nick, the installation technician, and his assistant, were both very polite and professional. They explained things to me and answered all my questions as well. They did a great job with the installation and a thorough job cleaning up afterwards as well.
I have compared bills for the last three months and every month the gas bill is about 20% lower than it was a year ago. Our young son’s room is above the garage and always used to be several degrees cooler than the rest of the house. With the new furnace, we decided to keep the variable speed fan on all the time and it really seems to have improved overall comfort in the house, including his room which is now always within 1 degree of the rest of the house.
Craig was also very quick to provide the required paperwork for the eligible government rebates, and followed up with us after the installation.
Overall, dealing with Craig and Nick was a total pleasure. I’d recommend them to anyone needing cooling or heating work.

Our current furnace was broken and Craig had someone out the next morning to check things out. After deciding to purchase a new furnace Craig kept us up to date on delivery and install timing. After the install he followed up with us to make sure all was well and we didn't have any questions. The new furnace is so much better than the old one and Craig's communication by phone and e-mail is excellent. I highly recommend Craig and his team.

We had a technician from Four Season Comfort come out to perform maintenance on our furnace. The technician arrived on time and was very friendly.
While he was performing the maintenance on the furnace he took the time to explain to me what he was doing, why he was doing it, and explained how the furnace worked (beyond gas goes in, heat comes out). He answered any questions or concerns I had with ease.
I've used Four Season Comfort in the past and I can safely say I'll continue using and recommending them in the future.

I interviewed three other Heating and Air Conditioning companies before meeting Craig Newhouse. He arrived on time for his appointment. Craig is very professional, and this came across in our conversation. Once we agreed on price and timelines, Craig followed through with everything he had agreed to do. He was always available by phone or email, and responded immediately to my requests. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the attention to detail that Craig and his team provide. We found ourselves in a dire situation, where the furnace of the house we had just purchased was not functional. Craig made it a priority to schedule the replacement as soon as possible so that we could have heat for Thanksgiving weekend. His team was polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They encountered a few unexpected surprises in this old house, which added about 4 hours of work above and beyond the expected installation time. Craig called us at regular intervals during the installation to provide us an update of the situation and to ensure the delays weren't going to interrupt our family event that night. In the end, Craig honored his quote for the job although the install was significantly longer, on a Saturday of the long weekend! Craig also followed up a few days later to ensure all was well, and had the rebate form filled out and returned to me the very next day.

Craig installed an AC in our new house and took over the warranty of the builders furnace as part of the AC installation. He has stood firmly behind his word to support the furnace warranty . Four Season Comfort Heating and Cooling is professionally managed and operated with knowledgable staff, field technicians who are not only thorough professionals but are knowledgable, courteous and patient.

In the present day and age it is very difficult to find reliable after sales service and support. We are glad that 4Seasons did our work,

I engage Craig Newhouse of Four Season Comfort in June/July 2007 to supply and install a new furnace and aircon unit. His advice and attention to detail, timely installation and customer service was a refreshing change from what I had come to expect from most players in the industry. As it is his own business Craig understands that his success is in his hands and he therefore delivers quality and value.

I have refered a few people to Craig in the past as I am confident that he will take care of them, and when I need a new aircon or furnace I will certainly use him again.
