I interviewed three other Heating and Air Conditioning companies before meeting Craig Newhouse. He arrived on time for his appointment. Craig is very professional, and this came across in our conversation. Once we agreed on price and timelines, Craig followed through with everything he had agreed to do. He was always available by phone or email, and responded immediately to my requests. I cannot say enough about the quality of service and the attention to detail that Craig and his team provide.
