Our furnace was red flagged and we had to scramble to do our research on a new furnace. Armed with information and reviews, one of the installers we contacted was Four Season Comfort Heating & Cooling.
Craig’s response time was amazing! He was very informative via phone, text and email providing friendly and helpful service at all hours. All our questions were thoroughly addressed quickly. After texting him a couple of pics, he knew exactly what to recommend – no overselling or underselling – just the right product for the home. He knows his stuff, provides all the information you need with no pressure tactics. The experience was so easy and stress-free.
Craig worked with me and managed to fit the installation into our busy schedule. His crew was punctual, courteous and left everything perfectly clean when they were finished. Along the way, texts were received to ensure that everything was going well. When the job was finished, I received follow-ups from Craig to confirm all was well and that we were satisfied.
I would recommend Craig and his crew without hesitation. We feel confident that we made the right choices, both in the furnace and the company we selected.
