We dealt with Craig through the help of a group buy arrangement and couldn't be happier. Craig is super responsive (we primarily communicated via email) and tries his best to be informative and upfront with all of the details around the air conditioner as well as the installation. His crew arrived on time on installation date and the work was done cleanly and professionally. Craig even made an effort to drop by post the installation and ensured that the work was done properly. The air conditioner has been working flawlessly.
