Craig was great in installing the AC. However, his service did not stop there. My AC was located beside neighbor's door and we had to relocate the AC. To ensure that there is no disagreement between the new neighbors, Craig moved the AC at his cost. This was surprising and well appreciated.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company.
