Furnace humidifier install, HRV service and general HVAC questions
Wanted to take a moment to thank you for promptly scheduling the install of our furnace humidifier and service for our HRV system. On that point, I would like you to know that the tech that did the install was on time, knowledgeable and very accommodating in the way he answered all my questions about all the HVAC systems in our home. As a first time homeowner it was very much appreciated.

Update...well I was fortunate to win the draw for a Nest thermostat and happy to report that the install went flawlessly! Thank you for sending back the same tech that installed the furnace humidifier...brilliant and very accommodating with all my questions. Thank you once again Scott for being so accommodating with scheduling the install my family and I appreciated it very much.
