I have been looking for some time to have my house insulated. House was built in 1897 and has no insulation at all. I upgraded my windows with triple pane glass from Gem Window. Love them. I contacted Aiad and discussed my vision and what i wanted. He explained how he would do the project. My concern was with any future water damage that could take place and damage the walls. Aiad showed me how he would make it a sealed job at all the joints and window spot where water might build up. I will have an R 9 value with the insulated walls. Plus it looks so good. Very happy with the work I plan to do the garage next spring. Aiad is a craftsman and professional.

Aiad did a great Job repairing our damaged stucco and EIFS. He was very friendly and provided a fair price to complete the job. I was very impressed with Aiad's workmanship and knowledge about Stucco products. I would highly recommend Aiad for any Stucco related jobs.

My kitchen was recently renovated but unfortunately the people we first hired to do the drywall finishing (taping and mudding) did a terrible job. Aiad was able to redo everything - my kitchen bulkhead, ceiling, and walls are now even and smooth with straight edges and corners. The area now looks professionally finished and we are very pleased with the outcome! He was punctual and very pleasant to work with and his pricing was very reasonable. We would recommend Aiad and his work.

I just had my cabana redone in stucco by Aiad, he did an amazing job! He was very punctual, professional and workmanship was high quality and price was very reasonable, I would Highly recommended him and definitely call him future projects!

This project was fairly complex, involving replacement of all the wood with stucco, and re-stuccoing the existing stucco finish on the front of the house. Much of the wood panelling and trim around three large sets of multiple windows, as well as a curved flashing at the roof line and dual pilasters flanking the front entrance and garage door had become rotten. I initially called this company because I had read in another review that the person who came to do the estimate also actually did the work. I was not disappointed. In fact, I was totally impressed with Aiad's amazing work ethic, imressive skill at his job, his pleasant manner with everyone, his absolute reliability, and his real passion for his work. He made suggestions for our design and always returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. Both Aiad and his two workers worked tirelessly and efficiently from dawn till dusk and kept the site as clean as possible, being always respectful of people and property. When the job was complete, he checked with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work, and returned in a timely manner to fix one minor problem with a drain pipe. We are thrilled with the finished result which has transformed the look of our house from the street. We would highly recommend Aiad and his company.

We have a all brick home with the exception being the area where the sliding door leads to the backyard. For some reason, the builder used some painted exterior-grade plywood shaped much like a bay window, with two windows and a sliding door in the center panel, and an additional window in each of the walls which define the bay window, for this "feature".

After noticing some wood rot, I contacted Aiad at Cosmopolitan Construction. Aiad was very pleasant and accommodating. He came to visit out home when it was convenient for us and provided many honest suggestions on what could be done and exactly how it would be done. I was particularly pleased that I wasn't talking to a sales guy, but rather the guy that would be doing the work. We made the deal.

Aiad was on time and kept the site very clean. And most importantly, the end result is beautiful.

I would have no reservations recommending Aiad for any future jobs.
