Aiad and his crew did a great job repairing some stucco/EIFS window sills for us. Several surface cracks had developed on some of the window sills. These needed to be repaired to avoid future serious damage. I couldn’t find the original contractor who had done the installation and I was having trouble finding a contractor to do a small but tricky repair like this. Aiad came out on short notice, assessed the problem, described the repair, and gave us an estimate that was reasonable. He was knowledgeable and straightforward to deal with. Once he had the go-ahead, he came within two days and repaired the sills well. The tricky November weather unexpectedly brought some rain a few hours after the last part of the job was completed and it disturbed a bit of the paint before it had dried properly. Aiad sent someone out as soon as the weather permitted (which happened to be a Saturday) and touched up the paint. I was very impressed with his professionalism and attention to schedule, quality, and detail. I am very satisfied and highly recommend him.

After many estimates and months of deciding, we are very pleased with the job Aiad did for us. The old stucco and insulation on one entire wall had to be taken down and redone. The other walls were patched. It all looks great. Aiad and his crew were always prompt, polite and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Aiad just finished my house and I am SOOO pleased. Everything went smoothly. I called him for a quote and he came out that night. The next day I had a professional quote outlining exactly what he was going to do. I had trouble picking my colour and he arranged to have samples done and delivered - he said the end of the week, they were there the next day. The day the project started they were there on time and worked non stop. Him and his crew were courteous and respectful. We actually had a lot of fun. They ran into some problems from the previous owner which Aiad resolved on the spot and consulted with me before proceeding. He was competitively priced and willing to work within my budget. I needed to replace the rotting wood on the front of my house and decided to have stucco. I called Aiad and he called round to provide an estimate within a couple of days. He always came on time and everything was immaculate when the 2 of them left after completing the work. Aiad had a very good vision for what the front of my house would look like, and I trusted him completely.

We needed to have the 50+ year-old stucco around the first floor replaced. After reading reviews on HomeStars I contacted Cosmopolitan Construction. Aiad phoned a few hours later and showed up that evening to look at the job. He knew exactly what was needed and explained the details, including window trim that I hadn't considered. We had a quote a couple of days later that was very reasonable and when we gave them the go-ahead they were able to start almost immediately. The work was very fast and efficient, even accommodating changes on the spot. Beautiful job. We, and our neighbours, are impressed with the new look and we have a better insulated house as well. Highly recommended company.

I needed to fix rotten wood around 2 windows in front of the house. Aiad provided a quote with a fair price. Originally I had in mind my own design but Aiad advised how to improve it (even it was more work for his team) and helped to select the best suited finish.
