Installation of two new windows
There were some scheduling problems and one of the two windows wasnt done to my satisfaction, the company reached out and credited me the amount for the window I was dissatisfied with.

Fortunately, we do great work and have wonderful products that we offer to many of our happy customers. In your particular case we did not drill into your window. In fact, it is the wire is tucked in the corner around the window and sealed with interior latex and exterior silicone to prevent elemental penetration. We do appreciate your business greatly and we are glad we could resolve your concern.
