I hired VIP to clean my house to put on the market for sale. They did a excellent job in getting it ready for me. Owen and his wife, Caroline showed up on time and finished in a timely manner. I was very please with them and definitely would use them again! They provided a professional service and would recommend VIP cleaning service.

Owen and Caroline from VIP Cleaning services have been cleaning my home for the past 6 months (on a monthly basis). I hired them after another friend of mine recommended them to me. What I appreciate most about them is that they are extremely down-to-earth and friendly, which I feel is very important when you are inviting someone into your home and building trust. I feel completely comfortable with them in my house and my baby boy does too! I also like that they listen to my requests and accommodate them every time. Some of these requests have included cleaning out the inside of my toaster oven, washing some stains off the ceiling (I have a baby who flung spinach up there one day!), dusting the crown moulding, vacuuming behind my oven, using eco-friendly products and working around my son's napping schedule. On top of their friendliness and attentive listening, they also do a thorough job cleaning and have stayed longer here and there to ensure they get everything finished properly. The only recommendation I would have is to make the company completely eco-friendly. There are many 'green' companies out there now with innovative, plant-based, organic cleaning products and I think it's an important element of the industry these days as being environmental conscious is crucial in our time and it also gives the customer some extra security in knowing that there aren't as many harmful chemicals being used in their house. That being said, Owen and Caroline have still made a good effort to use eco-friendly products as much as possible in my house (if there was an option of giving 9.5/10 I would have done so!).
I am very happy with them and already hired them to do a one-time clean of my sister-in-law's condo as well...she was happy too!

I had my house cleaned by them several times now. I used them for my old condominium and a week ago I was happy to discover that they will come out and clean my brand-new place. The actual crew was only two ladies which worked fast and did not miss anything. They made a better job in about an hour and a half then I could do in a day. I truly just can't say enough what a stunning job they did!

I have been having Caroline clean my house for well over a year now and could not be happier. Not only is she very friendly and personable but she does a fantastic job every time she comes. She is thorough and efficient. And except for it being much cleaner I would never know she'd been there - everything is put back right where it belongs. It's clear to me that Caroline takes great pride in her work and it shows. I'm so glad I found her.

I needed all floors, surfaces and inside cupboards sanitized prior to moving into a 1-bedroom apartment. I had to redo everything because cupboard shelves were still sticky and coated with dirt and floors were streaked with dirt and black hairs. Every day I find something else that hasn't been cleaned. I had specifically asked to have the vertical blinds washed and now see that they were not. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING CLEANED. I have just read the company's response and it is full of untruths. The only debris they picked up was a few sheets of kraft paper that were taped around the bathroom to protect surfaces when the tub was being refinished. The paper fit into one small plastic grocery bag. Otherwise, the apartment was totally empty. I never asked them to hang drapes because there were vertical blinds in both bedroom and living/dining room. As well, they have never called me since they left the apartment, so I could never have hung up on them. The bottom line is they did not do what they were paid to do.

Caroline and her husband came to clean our rental property in Woodbridge after our tenants had moved out. After 2 years of living in the townhouse, the tenants left the house in a horrible condition and we had to clean it up for a sale. Caroline came in originally scheduled for 5 hrs of cleaning but because of the despicable condition the property was in, it required further 6 hours just get the townhouse back into a reasonable shape. Caroline was very thorough with her cleaning and was extremely understanding of the situation. She stayed behind the originally scheduled time to get the job done brilliantly. Thanks to Caroline and her husband, we were able to have a clean house, ready for the stager (Anne from Staging Works) to come in and work her magic. The house went on the market as scheduled and sold firm in three weeks! Thanks, Caroline. I look forward to working with her again and I would definitely recommend her services to everyone I know.
