Bought the swim spa/hot tub combo and couldn’t be happier with our investment! I’m exercising more in the pool side and feeling so much better throughout my day! Just came back from a holiday down south and love that we can still swim even in Ontario’s cold winter months! Makes it easier to come home from the beach lol

Well the time has finally come where my wife and I decided to pull the trigger on a new hot tub. After months of shopping around multiple brands, styles, costs and configurations we decided on a Twighlight series hot tub. We decided on the twilight series for the theripudic aspects that the jets provide and what was one of the biggest selling points? The customer service and knowledge from Kevin at Home and Leisure. Not once did he try to up sell us or get us into a model that didn't fit our lifestyle. Kevin was very knowledgable and really know his stuff and we appreciated his honesty and willingness to help us find the right model. Delivery will be in within the next couple weeks (based on our schedule not theirs) as the tub is already ready to be shipped from their end. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a hot tub.

We just purchased an H2x Swimming spa and were very impressed with your entire staff and their willingness to answer our questions. The arrival of the spa took a while, with numerous phone conversations between us and Cheryl. She was always helpful.

Once our spa arrived Kevin connected with us to arrange delivery as soon as possible. We would like to thank your installation crew and especially Scott. It was not easy getting the spa into our backyard because of its size. Moving the spa up our driveway and along the side of our house with a 6 inch clearance was the easy part of the delivery. The crew had to move the spa over our pebbled yard to its final resting place. With Scott’s ingenuity, leadership and muscle power the team worked without complaint and made sure the spa was in place and we were happy with the location They were very pleasant and professional throughout the whole delivery

My family and I recently bought a Hot tub from Premium Wholesale Home and Leisure. From the salesperson on the floor to talking with the store manager on the phone. The whole experience was above par. We had purchased our hot tub in Aug, but wanted to sell our old one before delivery. It was finally delivered today. Its beautiful! Nir once did we get hasseld for taking to long between purchase and delivery. I recommend this store. Not only for the friendly service, but also their patience.

My wife and I were shopping for a replacement Hot Tub for our home in Kitchener. Home & Leisure Premium Wholesale was one of our last stops in our research. My husband and I have been shopping around for a hot tub for a few weeks. Leisure Premium Wholesale was the fifth pit stop in our journey. I had a family member that recently purchased one here and strongly recommended it.
My husband and I knew what we wanted though we wanted to get value for our money and feel that the hot tub would meet our needs.
Kevin was the associate we dealt with he took the time to understand our needs, walked through the features and benefits and worked with us on what we needed in a spa. He has a great personality , very patient , worked with us on earning the business and was so helpful. He made it easy, painless and we enjoyed our experiences with him. We valued his laid back approach, no nonsense attitude but it was always positive never negative and created a comfortable experience this is why we bought at our first visit with Premium Wholesale.
We have been back a few times, he remembers us by names, a few details about us and we have some fun banter ! Our last visit we went to get the cover we chatted how we didn't need he steps any longer he than substituted the steps for more cleaning products. We didn't have to beg it was a nice gesture. We get our spa next week though working through the delivery with Premium Wholesale and it has been painless and positive we are even using an electrician they recommended that will work with the deliver company on install time. If you ever are looking please visit I feel like everyone is great there though if you can ask for Kevin. In the end I feel we will love our hot tub. You can buy a hot tub anywhere what makes the experience is the people and anyone we dealt with was great though Kevin made this deal happen.
