I purchased and continue to use my clarity hot tub daily for medical rehabilitation and relaxation. Recently it required service. Chris worked with me and understood the importance of my hot tub in my recovery. He diagnosed the problem, the part was ordered and installed in a few working days. Chris provided excellent service - he was respectful, professional, and highly knowledgeable.
I have always been pleased with the service I have received from the team at Home and Leisure Premium Wholesale - Kitchener location. They have gone far above what would be expected!
