My wife and I had been researching hot tubs since March when we went to the Toronto Home Show. Over the last 10 weeks we made a profession out of researching the very confusing world of hot tub models and options. We'd all but made our decision on a tub, but decided to check one last option: Premium Wholesale Home & Leisure in Kitchener because friends had bought a Clarity Spa there 2 years ago and remain very happy with it. Right from the first phone conversation we had with Christian to the professional, courteous, respectful and most importantly informative experience we had with Kevin we felt completely comfortable and confident with our decision to purchase a Healthy Living Spa from them. We found Premium Wholesale and Spa to be the best of both worlds in that they are large enough to have the buying power to quote the most competitive prices, but they have that family-owned focus and mentality needed to provide excellent customer service you can really count on.
