Although we had major difficulties with the delivery company, this was out of the control of Home & Leisure, the company we purchased the hot tub from. As a matter of fact, one of the company owners contacted us and we are satisfied with the outcome. The negative review will be placed on the installer's web site! We love our hot tub and are happy with the response from the Ontario office.

We purchased the tub at a show in Abbotsford and paid in full. It was delivered a week late, the delivery team dropped the tub off the skid, causing two 'dings,' couldn't get the unit down the side of the house, recommended a crane that was going to cost $750 and when we arranged for our own crane to come the next afternoon, promised to return at the arranged time. Did not. Did not answer his phone. We called his boss - then the customer service guy called us. Said he was in North Vancouver and his cell was in his truck. Angry because we'd called his boss! Said that we had told him we'd call once set up... not true. If that were true, why didn't he have his phone with him? Anyway, I ran around buying the connector for the hot tub, the crane operator and my husband got the tub placed and now we find that there's no manual on how to operate the tub and a few of the chemicals are missing from the start up kit. Not to mention the dings in the $14,ooo unit. Very frustrated and irate that nothing has been suggested or offered. Customer Service?? Not at this company. Still waiting to hear back... but it doesn't look good.
