Was time to replace our dual zone swim spa with a shiny newer larger dual zone. This time around much has changed in the industry but Jon always took time to answer questions, address concerns, assist with required contractors connections - above and beyond, each time. Most importantly he was kind, considerate and patient throughout the entire process end to end. No doubts we will be back for all our supplies, and all things in between.
