The Roof Whisperer

During heavy rains noticed leaking from the chimney and it got even worst lately. I called the roof whisperer for quote for both chimney repair and siding repair as well because it has been damaged long time ago. Ilir inspected everything and also gave a reasonable quote. Wanted the work done asap before any rain starts so he scheduled for the next day. Ilir and his crew fixed the chimney leaking and replaced the siding that was damaged. Very nice and clean job done. I would highly recommend them

Three years ago had my skylight repaired and now m facing same problem with leaking. I requested a quote from the roof whisperer and got immediate response to be honest. Arthur passed by later and fully inspected the issue. Wasn’t much to say as the job done 3 years ago from the other roofing contractor wasn’t done the right way. The roof whisperer crew came the next day and worked on it and resealed the skylight again and repaired few shingles around as well. We did test it for an hour as well and didn’t notice leaking anymore. I really liked their response and professionalism.

We saw Ilir from The Roof Whisperer doing work on a neighbour's house, and asked hime for a quotation to cap all of our outside windows, and gabling on the side of the house. He promised me a quote within 2 days, and provided a very reasonable price. He was able to get the work done the following Saturday.
Two members of the Roof Whisperer team showed up on Saturday morning to start working. They did a truly meticulous job of caping the windows. The house looks great.
In fact, our neighbour has now asked them to do the same work on his house.

One of the skylights showed leaking signs when heavy rains starts and gutters had same problem in the corners. I called the roof whisperer to come and take a look and see what would be the issue because our roof is not old at all. Arthur passed by next day and took his time to fully inspect the roof. Gutters needed to be re caulked in the corners and the skylight needed a bit more work cuz there were shingles damaged and it needed reseal again. Well quote was ok and work got scheduled for the next 2 days cuz I didn’t want rain to hit the weak spots again. All work got done as promised and place looks great. Absolutely one of the best roofing companies I had to deal with so far.

A few of my shingles were blown off by the wind and the roof got exposed. I needed something done ASAP, because because rain was coming and I had only a few hours to fix the issue. Arthur redirected his worker so he could drive by and fix the problem on the way. During a thorough inspection the worker found and replaced more damaged shingles that were ready to go, which I could not have seen from the ground.
All in all i am very happy with the service and will highly recommend this company!

The roof whisperer was the third roofing contractor we called for a quote regarding our chimney and fascia repair and I have to say it, they offered the best deal. Chimney was leaking and fascia needed replacement in the right side of the house. Ilir and his crew took care of the entire job. Everything came up beautiful, very clean job done. I would absolutely recommend them.

We hired the roof whisperer to repair our roof which had a small damage. When Arthur came by he did a full roof inspection and also found few other spots that needed to be repaired in order to prevent future leaks. Work was done on the weekend and repaired areas tested as well for an hour with water. Eveything looks good. Place left very clean.

Had severe damages on my roof and wanted to fix it before I get leaking inside.I emailed the roof whisperer for a quote and not to long after got a phone call from them.I did explain everything I know on the phone but inspection on site is a must to get an accurate quote.Arthur came by and inspected the roof,and gave me a great deal.price was good but the best was that the job got done the same day.beautiful job done,I would highly recommend them.

Needed to replace soffit and fascia in the back of the house and repair the skylight because I ve noticed small leaks. Called the roof whisperer to come and see the place and give me a quote. Ilir took a look everywhere for any other issues other than those ones I spotted but didn’t see anything bad. The price for the soffit, fascia and skylight repair was ok. They came 3 days later and finished the job. I like the way they did the job and left the place clean. Very professional and great prices as well.
