I have just had my roof and eavestroughs completed by Olti and crew from the Roof Whisperer. They worked for 4 days in 36c heat and did a fantastic job. From the original quote I received to completion of the work I was informed every step of the way. The quality of the work and materials is above and beyond anything I have ever seen. Just finished a flat roof replacement on a multi level
100 + year house with Olti and was very happy with the work.
Initially quoted 4 reputable companies and did a fair amount of
research before deciding on the Roof Whisperer. The roof looked
to be about 30 + years since the last work had been done and
a small leak had developed at the back of the house. Olti gave
me a variety of options including repair, partial replacement and
full replacement with new insulation. He came by 2 or three times
during the quoting process and presented the most detailed quote and work plan. Their price was not the lowest but reasonable and competitive with the other quotes. In the end I went with them because of their comprehensive quote and a friend also had a good experience with them. I went with a full replacement of the roof, insulation, gutters, downspouts,etc. They completed the work when they said they would, were very professional and cleaned the site at the end of every day. I was around for most of the time and was able to see the high quality of the work they were doing. When I was not around Olti was happy to send pictures of their progress and keep me fully informed. I was very satisfied with the finished work and enjoyed dealing with Olti and Arthur.

Had a leak in roof. Arthur came with his team. Was prompt, professional. Gave me options and a quotes that I was happy with. All work was done quickly. Felt confident that I was dealing with a good small company where service and customer satisfaction mattered.

Had a little leak around the chimney and gutters leaking in the corners as well. I submitted a request and Ilir got back to me around 40 min later. We set up an appointment so he could see the place and figure out where the problems are. After he inspected the place he offered a good deal so i gave the go ahead right away. After work was completed both chimney and gutters were tested with water and could not notice anything anymore. Very prompt and professional roofer, and i would absolutely recommend them.

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with the roof whisperer. I called them regarding my roof leak and gutters that were damaged. Arthur came by to inspect the place and also came up with a fair quote and time frame as well. Needed the work done asap and Arthur did it. Gutter piece was replaced and shingles also. Place left very clean and job done professionally. I would absolutely recommend them as they have great response and fair prices as well.

Needed to repair the skylight which lately started leaking a lot so I called the roof whisperer to come and inspect the problem and also give me a quote. Arthur called back and also passed by same day to see the problem. Solution was to repair asap so no more damages will be caused inside. Also a piece of fascia needed to be replaced as well in the back of the house because it was damaged. Deal was fair so I told him to start asap and he scheduled me right the next day. His crew came and did a wonderful job. Also tested the skylight for any possible leaks and looks like the problem is fixed now. I really like the job they did and the response was quick. I would definitely recommend them

Gutters were leaking in a few places during heavy rains and decided to call the roof whisperer to inspect then and also give me a quote to repair the problem. Ilir called back and we set an appointment. He came and inspected them and also gave me a reasonable quote to fix them. Since it was not to much work him and his guy fixed the gutters the same day. We also tried them with water for 30 min and could not spot leaks anymore. They were very prompt and professional and would definitely recommend them.

We hired the roof whisperer to repair our soffit and fascia that has been damaged since last year. Arthur came to see the place and gave us a great quote for the repair. He also scheduled the work for the weekend which we did request. The roof whisperer crew did an amazing job and left the place very clean. In the back quite a few shingles were damaged and needed to be replaced before they cause more damage inside the house. I called the roof whisperer to give me quote and Ilir passed by same day in the afternoon to take a look at the place. Quote was ok and wanted to do the work before any rainy days and Ilir scheduled the work for the next day. Him and his guys came and did the job next day as we did agree and roof looks great now. Nice and clean job done, i would recommend them.
