We got a quote for our original wooden windows, which were in bad condition after looking at their collection and really wanted to sign but we couldn’t afford to pay right away. Thankfully GoldStar offers financing so we had the windows installed and got a full year to pay interest free which was more than enough time for us. The windows should really pay for themselves in the long run when you consider their energy saving features. It is definitely a fair value. I am really happy with the design, they are all easy to open/close, especially compared to our old wooden ones. Installers were good too, very professional and you can tell experienced, they worked fast and did a good job without making any mess in the house.

The selection of styles and colours is magnificent! You can really get excellent windows of any choice. I was looking to change four windows at the front of my house and Nick came by and showed me samples of what GoldStar offers as well as catalogues that caught my attention right away. I thought I would never be able to afford these type of windows but the price Nick gave me seemed more than fair and I am happy to say the windows were installed last November and they are just as promised. Alex (installer) was very professional and did a fast clean job on all four windows in just a few hours and I did not have any problems since installation in November. She told me I can call back anytime I’m ready to get my free estimate, which I did within three days and she remembered who I was and scheduled the appointment for me right away. Dan was the representative that came by. He showed us samples and it was clear he has been doing this for a long time and all my concerns were explained thoroughly so when it came time to sign the contract I had no questions. The installer came by just three days after to take the final measurements and placed the order for our new windows. Within the next two weeks I got a call to let me know our installation date and I confirmed. Installers came on time both days and finished with no problems. My wife is in love with our new windows, it changed the look of our house completely and I can’t complain myself. I will be recommending this company to anyone who asks because I could not find one thing wrong throughout our whole transaction.
