I was new at shopping for windows and doors and Roman explain everything to me step by step and answer all my questions without any pushing. Product is lovely and good quality. Lots of styles to choose from. I already recommend Roman to my neighbors and I hope Goldstar make them satisfied customer like me. I love my new goldstar windows. I don’t know much about windows but I know I am happy with my installation from goldstar. I think I got a great deal. The sales guy explained everything very well and the whole transaction went perfectly from beginning to end 100%. I would not do my windows with anyone else after my experience now.

Installers worked so hard for two full days. They covered all the work area to avoid any mess and barely took any breaks. Very professional crew and I felt comfortable having them in my home. Job was done very well and quickly and I only did my basement windows for now but I will be working with Gold Star again in the fall to do my front door and patio door.
