The staff installed in about 1 day using multiple workers. There appeared to be good oversight of the installation process and windows measurements taking prior to the order were carefully checked prior to installation. Overall, at this early stage, I would recommend GoldStar Window company because it appears that you get exactly what they say you will get. These are as pretty as Pella widows but the product appears to perform the same without all the extra (pricey) bells and whistles Pella tried to upsell during their sales pitch. We replaced all the windows in our three story home. The sales person Ilia from GoldStar Window did not try to oversell and was not pushy which was a big plus.
