Our family house is about 25 years old and our original wood casement windows were worn and rotted and in some cases not functioning any longer. We did a lot of research and received several estimates. My situation also required finding someone who was willing to communicate via phone or email to work out the details of the project as I live in Florida but my parents house is in Oakville Canada.
