Vince was the easiest, most honest, reliable and knowledgable appliance salesman I have ever dealt with. He didn't try to up-sell anything and really took to my appliance needs. He also answered all my questions without hesitation. When it came to delivery, Chris and Tom were THE most professional appliance installers I have ever dealt with (I've heard horror stories about others!). They made everything seem so easy and were super efficient with removing the old washer and installing the new one. I would definitely go to Appliance Love for any future appliance needs, as well as recommend them to anyone who is looking for new household appliances!

What could this company do to improve their services?: Not applicable, everything was great!
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Make sure you measure openings and compare them to the appliance dimensions, as we had a problem with the first delivery attempt: couldn't get the washer down (totally my fault, should have measured things!). Chris and Tom suggested what I could do to fix this after many attempts of getting it down, and they took the new machine back with them. After we made adjustments to the staircase at home, making a second delivery appointment was hassle free (and no charge!). When Chris and Tom came back the second time, everything went smoothly. Very, very pleased overall.
