Windows By Installer

I called the company and spoke to Alex. He asked for the measurement of my windows. I felt uncomfortable providing the measurements and asked if he could come over to measure the windows. He said that would be no problem. He brought over samples of the windows/frames. He described the materials that would be used, its effectiveness, and the process of the installation. He answered all of my question to my satisfaction. Alex told me that that the windows would be in between three to four weeks. There was no down payment at all! Payment was made after the work was completed. Three weeks later, my windows were ready. The installers were Dave and Igor - great guys. They were friendly, approachable and very professional. They took the time to explain the process and answered all my questions. When one window was installed, Dave asked me to take a look to see if I was happy with the window before he proceed with the caulking. I was very impressed that he asked to view the window before completing the process. I had a wonderful experience with Windows by Installer from the beginning to the end.
