Excellent product and crew. Had a minor issue with one window and it was resolved by Alex. I will recommend these guys as there's no middle man and you deal directly with a family run business.

I got my house windows and patio door replaced. I told Denis the sales rep that one window is defective and outside cold air is only through. He sent someone to check and then told me we will replace that window within 2 weeks as it's our fault. I thanked him. No one showed up at all. I kept texting and calling him and he never replied.
Patio door started leaning as well and they won't reply.
Definitely don't stand behind their product so unreliable and unprofessional people.
Will never recommend them.
Be careful with these people.
