Landing Steps, Porch resurface, concrete driveway

I picked Royal Town because they were the only firm that said they could provide what I needed. Unfortunately, the crew they sent to do the work were unskilled and sloppy. Finish work on the steps and porch is poor. There are cracks everywhere. There's concrete splatter on my garage.
Even the driveway is showing cracks. They finished the job end of June. The problems began to show by the end of August. Who knows what the project will look like after the winter deepfreeze. Bottom line. It's an eyesore.

The cracks are from the severe heat when we poured the concrete and the splatter was very minimal. Our team will come out and address the issues.
