We had our driveway repaved by Royal Town Construction. Kosta was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. It took a little longer than we had expected but that was all due to weather related issues. Besides that we are very pleased with the completed work.

My existing driveway was tired, cracked and wavy. I received a quick reply from Kosta and gave me a competitive quote. The excavation was quick but the asphalt took longer than expected due to the high demand from COVID. I would highly recommend going with Royal town from their attention to detail. Kosta and his crew are top drawer professionals. It quickly became evident this was an experienced crew that knew what they were doing. The biggest challenge was weather delays - which was out of their control. One suggestion I would like to make: When quoting for the concrete work (new curbs) it would have been helpful to know there could be additional expenses for landscaping to fill in the gap and level the lawn to the new curbs. While Kosta later explained that their work was limited to hardscaping it would have been helpful to anticipate this additional expense for landscaping in advance. That said, we would not hesitate to recommend Royal Town Construction for your driveway project.

Very efficient at removing the old asphalt and putting in the one being careful at not damaging garage doors and curbs.
