Kris provided a very reasonable quote for our boiler repair (needed a new pump, replacement of old pipes and valves) and gave us a timeline that he stuck to for completing the work. I was impressed by his knowledge and thoroughness. On the day the work was scheduled he and his assistant were on time and completed the job as per our agreed price. Clean up was well done and the repairs are great.

Denmark Mechanical installed a hot water tank for my wife and I over two years ago. It has worked well since then, although at one time there was a strange odour coming from the hot water tank. Kris promptly came and rectified the problem, this happened well after it was installed. We appreciate his concern and quick reply and highly recommend him to our family and friends.

Kris was very helpful in responding quickly to help us get our heating system working after a pipe had rusted through. He asked for photos to show the work to be done. After getting the photos he responded with a quote and was able to get the work done right away. He showed up on time and was fast and tidy getting the job done in a tight workspace. Very professional, good communication, punctual. We originally found Kris because we needed one of the radiators in our house repaired due to a leak. He also replaced our aging water heater. He installed an additional gas line for our bbq and he installed our gas range stove. Later on we needed some repairs to our boiler and eventually we needed a new boiler, as well as some additional radiators installed. Kris was very efficient and provided great customer service. He really knows his field, which is difficult to find even considering the number of homes in Toronto that have hot air radiant heat systems.

Kris was very prompt and efficient. He clearly knows his business. He took time to explain the job to us in detail as well as giving recommendations for ongoing maintenance.

Very professional, great communication, punctual, answered all of our questions. Kris was wonderful, calm, patient, informative, everything you could ask for in terms of great customer service. I cannot comment on the price as I have never had any similar repairs (only just moved into a house with a boiler and gas fireplace). Seemed expensive relative to cost of an electrician but I think that just may be the going rate. I would contact Kris again for sure and fully recommend.

kris installed a pump that failed within a year. He came back to look at it, went away and never came back. Numerous calls and emails. Surprising considering the other reviews. In my experience, I would be cautious about whether he will honour his warranty.

Kris is FANTASTIC! He replaced our water heater, then he inspected our gas fireplace, which we haven't started EVER, in the 8yrs that we have lived here. Kris is punctual, very personable, trustworthy, and reasonable. It is a pleasure to hire Kris to help us out. I highly recommend Kris at Denmark Mechanical.
