I e-mailed Pop-A-Lock for the second time in three years. The car lock replacement had been performed well. This time it was about the home entrance door lock failure. John Inglis first asked me for a photos of the lock, then promptly informed me to contact the manufacturer office, because he found out that there is the lifetime warranty on what I have. So I did. I received the new lock within 10 days, no question asked. John's e-mailed advice and the new lock set did not cost me a penny. I highly recommend this company.

After failing to get help from two other locksmiths and in utter desperation, I phoned Pop-A-Lock after my front door handle assembly seized up and I had no way to enter my house. John came within a half hour, and was easily able to get the door open and disassemble & reassemble the knob within 15 minutes---and this was a Sunday evening, after dark. I will absolutely call Pop-A-Lock for all future locksmith needs---he was so fast, friendly and professional! :D

Pop-A-Lock gave me an estimate for an exterior door lock over the phone based on the work required to either fit a new lock or try to repair the existing lock. They showed up the very same evening and on time. Unfortunately a repair did not suffice and a new lock had to be installed. They were very polite and efficient, it was obvious they knew their trade. I was pleasantly surprised at the final cost. if ever a lock is needed call Pop-A-Lock! They are worth it!

We recently moved to a new home. One of the things we forgot about was getting our locks re-keyed. Popalock was great. They came on short notice and provided great, quick and professional service. I highly recommend them.
