Mark's Mechanical

Warning, never hire Mark's Mechanical!
Mark replaced the furnace in our home. He worked very slowly (long breaks, answering phone constatntly) and the job took longer than our written and signed quote. Mark attempted to bill us for a sum larger than stated in the quote (he even billed us for his two hour lunch breaks). When we refused to pay more than the quoted amount Mark put a lein on our house and launched a law suit. When the issue finally came to court the judge threw the suit out and gave Mark a huge dressing down regarding his business practices and wasting the courts, and everyones, time.
The entire experience was horrible and I would highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Our bathtub faucet was falling apart and leaking. Mark's Mechanical came in, took a look, and gave us a very reasonable quote. The installer clearly explained what the problem was and how he would repair it. He left for parts, returned, and had the faucet repaired all withing a couple of hours. I will definitely be calling Mark's Mechanical in the future with any plumbing problems.
