I hired King's to service a 13 year-old tankless water heater that had problems providing enough hot water...I was worried it would need to be replaced. Chung was friendly and efficient; he explained everything he was doing and let me watch the whole process. Once he was finished, it was operating like it was new again. Fantastic!
Our bathtub faucet was falling apart and leaking. Mark's Mechanical came in, took a look, and gave us a very reasonable quote. The installer clearly explained what the problem was and how he would repair it. He left for parts, returned, and had the faucet repaired all withing a couple of hours. I will definitely be calling Mark's Mechanical in the future with any plumbing problems.
The installer arrived promptly and quickly measured the windows and let us pick the blinds we wanted on the spot. A few weeks later, they were back to install them. One was damaged, and they had it replaced promptly. Very efficient and professional service.
