Two competent installers worked tirelessly and non-stop for 7 hours. The trades men laid down a drop cloth on our carpet covered basement stairs. They carefully removed the old furnace and A/C units quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I understood what I needed to know about the operations and maintenance of the new systems. We are completely satisfied and very happy with the workmenship. All appears to be working proficiently. Dealing with AirOne West and their staff was a pleasure. We would definitely recommend them. Very Satisfied with all staff pricing and installation. We shopped around for prices within the Hamilton Area. Aire one was the best price and the customer service was excellent and knowledgeable.

Furnace broke down in middle of night on a Sunday (the coldest night of the year).

My furnace broke Wednesday night which was a major concern as I have 3 young children. I called Air One and the next at 8 am and they had a service technician at my house by 8:45am. The service was amazing from Frank Roberts the home consultant to TJ the installer. (Hope I got his name right) The service was very professional, friendly and the installation was neat and clean. My hubby called the Hamilton office many times to ask questions before and after the job was complete and they were very curteous, friendly and helpful. 2nd time using Aire One, and do not regret. Was given the quote and they were able to have the unit installed days later. Tech came on time did his work with no issues. Noticed cold air was not getting to the upstairs as well as before. Called up Aire One, they had a tech to the house the same day and made some adjustments at no charge. Excellent service would recommend.

The gentleman that came to my house was early which scores well with me. He took the time to explain everything I needed to know including how efficient the unit works etc. He was very nice and respectful, he cleaned up too! I will gladly tell my friends and colleagues about Aire One!
