Carlo inspected the drain tile of a house prior to my subject removal.
He had proper equipment and was very informative about the good and bad of the current system the house has. He also gave me estimation on the cost needed to maintain the drain tile, even for jobs that cannot be done by his company. He made sure that I understood the risk and potential of the current system.
He helped me making an informed decision, and I will not hesitate to have him working on the drain tile system coming possession time. And I will recommend him to anyone with drainage issue.
