True North Underpinning

Extremely happy with the work done by True North over the course of our underpinning project and would highly recommend them for any job. From the start, Daniel provided the most comprehensive quote, the clearest plan and was transparent about what we may encounter during the dig in our area. It was an easy decision to move ahead with True North.

Stavros and the whole crew were fantastic over the whole project and couldn't have been easier to work with. Communication was great at all levels of the business and work was done efficiently, effectively and to plan. When we encountered some unexpected surprises, the team stopped, evaluated and formulated & executed a plan to keep everything moving forward safely and successfully.

For anyone considering logistics: we, with a young child, lived and worked in the house over the duration of the project and it was easily doable.

Since completion, as we've had other trades and inspectors through the space, there have been numerous comments on the quality of the work. Great experience with True North
