True North Underpinning

Being in a small bungalow we considered a second story addition but after reviewing the costs, time and end result we decided to underpin our basement instead. Because of True North we made the right decision! You will not regret going with True North to underpin your basement. Our basement is now just as useable and comfortable as our main floor. We did the whole shebang with underpinning, beam replacement, waterline replacement and heated floors etc and couldn't be more pleased. The entire process was so professional, smooth and incredibly fast! The whole crew were the nicest and most hardworking I have ever experienced. Daniel, John, Stravos, Saul, Kelan and all the amazing rest, constantly went above and beyond. They treated our home as their own and genuinely wanted us happy with the result. The job was completed on schedule and as quoted. At no point did we feel stressed or concerned and in the end we got more space for way less money and time than building up.
