We had a great experience! We had a plumbing disaster in the basement of new bungalow and was recommended Master Drain and Water from my sister's contractor. Vitaliy was the most competitive in pricing and the whole job got done in only a few days. He installed the backwater valve for us as well at a very reasonable price and explained how to easily apply for the rebate. It is hard to find good contractors and this is one of them. We have already recommended them to our neighbour's.
