I manage a high rise condo in Whitby and have been using Caldwell for all my plumbing projects . Plumbers Chris and Blair are amazing . Very knowlagble and efficient workers. Top notch customer service skills. I am so happy to have found a company that I can rely on with fair prices .

Regular bathroom maintenance to replace a shower diverter and install shut offs on two bathroom sinks. Great work, Quick and professional.

The Caldwell plumbers did an excellent job. They explained what they were going to do before starting the job and recommended the removal of the secondary valve that provided no benefit. They were fast and thorough and timed it well with the city to turn the water back on. They double checked to ensure no further problems occurred and that we were satisfied with the job completely. They were courteous and polite and very neat in their work. I picked Caldwell from yellow pages online and so this was my first experience with them. I would recommend these guys for any plumbing job. Well done guys!

We recently purchased a new dish washer, after our old dishwasher began leaking and causing flooding problems. We were also looking for a quote on getting our fridge hooked up to our plumbing line.

I got a quote from a large company, and they wanted to charge me $369.00 to change our dishwashers, plus an additional $69.00 to investigate for a fridge installation. Way too high.

I researched Caldwell on homestars, and gave them a call. The price they quoted me was half of what was quoted me by Mr. Rooter.

The work was great, and our installation went smoothly. They also quote us on the fridge and it was 25% of what Mr. Rooter was going to charge us for the same job.

Will happily use these guys again!

I recently had Caldwell plumbing into my home to repair my leaking main water shut off valve. I found this company very clean, professional and fair priced. I would highly recommend Caldwell Plumbing and will be calling them in the future.

I called Caldwell Plumbing for a new water softener with insulation. Andrew from Caldwell Plumbing made all the arrangements. The work was done perfect and my water is great again.

Last week we encountered a nasty problem with a clogged drain in our basement. After several attempts to clear the clog, I realized the problem required the services of a plumbing specialist. A good family friend suggested Caldwell Plumbing as capable and reliable plumbing contractors. I called Caldwell Plumbing and actually spoke to Andrew Caldwell, owner of the company. I found Andrew pleasant to talk with and after he explained what I should expect and the range of possible costs, he arranged for a plumbing specialist to come by that same day. Shaun came at the appointed time and explained what he would do to fix the problem. The problem was resolved under one hour. Both my wife and I found Shaun professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained what was done and made some suggestions on how to prevent this problem from recurring. And the icing on the cake…….the cost to us was right in the mid-range of what Andrew had proposed.
