Awesome service! Within an hour of contacting Caldwell, Shaun called to say he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue and replaced the valve in the basement that controls the outside water faucet. Shaun was efficient, professional and cleaned up after his work. Highly recommend Caldwell Plumbing to anyone.

Yesterday morning we went into the basement and got a very unpleasant surprise...our basement had a very large and very funky smelling puddle. Dad checked it out and said our sewer line was blocked. Mom asked "with what?" Dad said "Guess!" We called public works and they told us they couldn't fix the problem, they didn't have the right equipment and not to run the water or use the toilets until we called a plumber. YIKES!! We called Caldwell Plumbing and though they were very busy, they made the time to come to our house and cleaned out the blockage. Shaun was very efficient, pleasant - and as my daughters pointed out, wasn't hard to look at, either! The cost was very reasonable and our family couldn't be happier! Many thanks to Caldwell Plumbing for averting disaster in our basement! We will be sure to recommend them to all our friends and neighbours!

We had a major leak in the basement due to a drain issue in the kitchen. An appointment was set very rapidly. Bryant found out very quickly what the issue was about. He work fast, was very nice. Very professional. Finally a good plumber!!! I would definitely recommend them. Thanks a lot.

Needed to replace my toilet and my friend recommended I give Caldwell plumbing a call. Let me tell you I was not disappointed one bit. Ryan & Blair did a fantastic job installing my new toilet. They were friendly, very professional, not to mention fast and very clean. Giving them a 10 of 10 rating does not do them justice. My toilet was leaking (which was ok because I was going to replace it anyways). I've used Caldwell twice in the past and found them very reliable. I called and was able to schedule an appointment based on my schedule. Ryan arrived on time, quickly completed the work and left the work area cleaner that it was before he started. Ryan was very personable and I am extremely pleased with the service he provided. I would recommend him and Caldwell to anyone. Thanks for the great work.

Peter from Caldwell was installing clean out on risers in the building I work in as a superintendent. There were 18 units to be done which required a lot of problem solving. Peter was able to successfully install all clean out without any concerns. We will be using Caldwell on our next job as well.

Peter is a wonderful contractor I had the pleasure of escorting to units for clean outs. He's polite , a probem solver , hard working , and a joy to be around. I know If I ever needed a plumber he is someone I would trust to come in my own and do work.
