Lorenzo came by to assess a couple of issues that appeared on my home inspection. They didn't end up being much of a problem. With some minor adjustments and some taping it was all good. Where Lorenzo excelled was providing suggestions around future renovations to the basement, identifying potential hazards and discussing furnace options for when my 30 yr old one eventually kicks the bucket. It is that extra time of walking me through things that I am not aware of that I appreciate as a homeowner. I will be happily calling Lorenzo back once I decide to make those renovations or the furnace needs replacing.
