Mike is the ultimate professional. He shows up on time, does exactly what he says when he says. He is very knowledgable and will take the time to explain whatever you need to know. He is very clean and conscientious with respect to your house. He tested the water before beginning so we knew exactly what setting to put the machine at, and even brought a bag of salt to get it started. I would highly recommend this company.
